Store Return Policy:

Digital Products and Downloads:

We do not accept returns of digital products and downloads.

Physical Products:

We cannot process returns made on another retailer’s website. If you purchased one of our products from a third-party retailer (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), you must submit the return request through that site.

For products purchased on redwolfpress.com, we offer a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused to receive a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us at support@redwolfpress to get your return started.

If the product you received was damaged or defective, please contact us at support@redwolfpress for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.


Giveaway Policy:

We use Rafflecopter to run giveaways on this site. Entrants must be 18 or older or have their parent/guardian enter for them. All winners are chosen randomly. Winners must respond to our email notification within 48 hours or a new winner will be chosen. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered prizes. No purchase is necessary to enter. All giveaways are void where prohibited by law.


Privacy Policy:

Privacy is very important to us and we respect that it’s important to you as well. Sometimes (like with giveaways) your contact information is collected. This enables us to get in touch with you if you win a giveaway or comment on my blog. We do not share or sell your information without your consent.

Comments: When visitors leave comments on this site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We use Akismet for spam detection. See that section below.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Akismet: Collects information about visitors who comment on Sites that use Akismet’s anti-spam service. Giveaways: We use Rafflecopter to run my giveaways. It collects your name and email address so that if you win a giveaway, we can get in touch with you. If you win a giveaway, we share your information with the sponsor (if applicable) so they can send you the prize. Submissions: If you use the Google form to submit your book or article for consideration, we keep the information you submit for future reference. We create many articles about children’s books and may include the books submitted here. Sometimes, we find a good fit for a book several months or even a year after it was submitted. We do not sell or share the information you submit, nor use it for marketing purposes. You will not be added to our newsletters unless you opt in by checking the appropriate box.

Email lists: If you sign up for our newsletter or author newsletter, MailMunch or MailChimp collects your name and email address so you can receive emails with updates and information on blog posts. You will never be added to our email lists without your consent.

Follow by Email: If you opt to follow our site via email (in the sidebar), our website collects your email address to send new blog posts directly to your inbox.

JetPack: JetPack collects stats and page count information, including referring websites, posts and pages viewed, and the number of visitors.

Google Analytics: We have Google Analytics installed on this site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
