Just looking through my the books on this page, I realized that they are all pretty girly looking. They range in genre and age group, but they all seem targeted to women or girls. This is not a bad thing, but I try to include “boy” books once in a while, and I haven’t had one on the blog recently.
The Finishing School READ ALONG is happening! Tressa from Wishful Endings and I have read the first half of Curtsies and Conspiracies and posted our updates HERE and HERE. We are reading the second half of the book this week and will post our final thoughts on Friday. Next week we’ll start on Waistcoats and Weaponry! There is still time to join if you want to! Remember to enter to win the entire series!
I finished up Curtsies and Conspiracies and it was amazing. I loved it. Murder at Rudhall Manor was fun, and Nobody’s Secret was a great book for older MG, young YA readers. I’m hooked on the Entangled Bliss line of books. The ones I’ve read have been pretty clean and sweet.
This is a fantastic lineup of books and I’m having a wonderful time reading them!
Softly Falling is a historical romance (clean) that I am really excited to read. I’m also looking forward to Anomaly, mostly because the cover reminds me of the Jamie Baker series from Kelly Oram.
I can’t believe I’ve only got a few books left on my November TBR, but then again, I have a huge stack of books I still need to read, so even though I will (hopefully) reach my reading goal for the month, I still have many more books to get through!
I received Daily Painting from Random House and Blogging for Books (I’m almost finished reading it already!). I downloaded Red Queen, Famous Phonies, and an excerpt of The Orphan Queen from Edelweiss.
What are you reading?
