My Thoughts:

Chris Robertson is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors/illustrators.  His books are funny, quirky, and pretty darn entertaining.  I read this to my daughter who just got her first loose tooth and she loved it!  She thought it was hilarious that an outlaw tooth could be captured and taken into custody by the Tooth Fairy.

The thing I like about this book is that it is so different from other picture books on the same topic.  Robertson took an unconventional and rather humorous approach to a life event that every child will have to deal with.  I almost couldn’t believe that a wiggly tooth being a wanted outlaw worked as well as it did.  Well done, Chris Robertson.  Well done. 🙂
