Book Review: Silly Sally, by Audrey Wood

Dance a jig with a silly
pig. Play leapfrog with a silly dog. And that’s just the beginning of
all the fun! Come along and join Silly Sally and her outrageous friends
as they parade into town in a most unusual way.

This was a delightful bit of fun to read!  Silly Sally is written in fun rhyming prose.  The illustrations are bright and engaging.

This is a board book that I would buy for my kids because I know that we would read it over and over and over again.  I love books that have rhythm and rhyme, that you can read almost like a song.  A fantastic book!

Reading level: Ages 1 and up
Board book: 30 pages
