Birthday week is over! I can now take a deep breath and read a book. 😉
I only read a couple of books this week. One for me and one with my kids, but they were both excellent. I’ve been thinking about my blog a LOT this week and I have some plans in the works. If I can keep on top of everything, hopefully I’ll be able to start implementing them soon.
Here’s what I’ve been reading.
I devoured The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferris (devour for me means it took most of the week to read it). It was very interesting and the author had some fantastic ideas. I’ll be posting an in depth review of it soon. I also finished reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl to my kids. It was quite the experience to read it out loud to them! I’ll get you updated on that soon as well.
I took a break from most of my fiction books this week, so I didn’t make any progress on Percy Jackson, but I’m 25% of the way through and enjoying it as much as I did the first time I read it. I also started Princess Academy: Palace of Stone by Shannon Hale. I’m not very far into it, but so far, so good.
These are the last of my books to read for February! Wish me luck and speedy reading!
That’s it for me! What are you reading?
